Featured Project: Permanent Retaining Solution at The Basin

The client approached as us they were searching for a cost effective way to permanently retain their embankment and create an access from the top of the property to the bottom.

The cost to do these works using a traditional retaining wall was nearly 3 times our boulder erosion control with Colac flats for steps.

There was limited access but we were able to offload trucks on the side of the road and ferry the material in with a bobcat.

The end result is aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly. There is no disruption to the water table and we used completely recycled materials.

The client plans to introduce plants and mulch in between the rocks to add the finishing touch.
